Password prompt prior to forward
I would love to see another site beyond HideLinks.com that would support an end-user password prompt prior to the URL forwarding. HideLinks seems to be down / gone, but it was a great site where you could feel comfortable allowing innocent eyes / guests usage of your system without embarrassment of seeing adult / p0rn bookmarks. Bookmarked Metamarks still forward to questionable sites, even with the password integration which is part of the shortened URL.

Inappropriate?Hi Amiga,
Can you describe in a little more detail how this would work? The short link goes to whatever long link you want it to go to, so if it's something embarrassing, well - don't click on the link!
One idea that's been brought up before (and indeed how Metamark worked for a little while a long time ago) was to have an option (for the user; not whoever creates the short url) where instead of forwarding right away, it'll show a page with details of the destination site. Would that work for you?
