New stats interface and other improvements

Today we released the first version of the new stats page on My Metamark. It shows stats per day in spiffy graphs using Flot.

The new release also introduces jQuery everywhere and there are, as always, some improvements to our abuse handling and automatic blocking of spam, phishing and other abuse.
